Leadership

Mindy, daughter of the founders, joined Secondary Solutions in 2017 after a successful career as a radiology nurse, where she was recognized with the “Daisy Award” for her exceptional care. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Nursing before working in the radiology department at Roper St. Francis. In 2019, Mindy further honed her leadership skills by graduating from the Greenville Chamber’s Minority Business Accelerator program, which supported her development in scaling small businesses. She transitioned into the company by initially managing quality control, interfacing with customers, and handling quotations. Over the years, Mindy’s leadership and expertise in sales and marketing have helped the company expand its services and client base. As President, she continues to honor the family legacy while driving the company toward new heights, overseeing significant growth and recognition, including the Roaring 20s Award and WOSB certification.

Andrea joined Secondary Solutions in 2013, leveraging her financial expertise from the banking industry. She was instrumental in securing the loan for the company’s 27,000 sq. ft. facility. Andrea now oversees daily operations, including payroll, scheduling, customer relations, and management of internal processes. Her dedication and leadership have helped the company maintain its reputation for delivering high-quality services and building long-lasting client relationships. Andrea’s authenticity and commitment to doing the right thing are reflected in her work with both clients and employees.

Laura has been a key part of Secondary Solutions since its early days in 1997. She started as a tapping associate, later learning how to repair the machines and manage setups. Her hands-on approach and commitment to excellence helped her rise through the ranks to supervisor, and now as People Operations Manager. Laura is responsible for the training and scheduling of off-site personnel. She ensures the company’s operations run efficiently, maintaining a high level of service and productivity in all aspects of the business.
Tina Stevens founded Secondary Solutions in 1997, combining her engineering background with hands-on experience in manufacturing and quality control.
